  Expecting bad service at B-Dubs is something I have grown accustomed to. This location and the other one in El Paso are the exception. Service has been surprisingly good and the food is always great.

  We used to really enjoy going to BWW to enjoy their food and drinks during happy hour, but their recent changes have gotten rid of pretty much every redeeming feature in the restaruant.
  
  1) Their wings have become really terrible. We used to get nice meaty wings with a nice amount of breading and great sauces. Now we often get crunchy dry wings that are a challenge to eat. Wings should not be more than 50% hard breading. Also they have cut down the number of wings you get per portion by 1. So even though you get 3 portions in the medium wing order now it comes with 3 less wings.
  
  2) They have cut down the number of beers available in their happy hour menu including the one that my wife likes most. Their selection used to be pretty decent (as chain restaurants go) but now it's pathetic and unless you like the most generic of beers it's not worth it to go for their happy hour.
  
  3) Service is poor and inattentive. Not much to say about that other than we used to get pretty good service and now it's useless.
  
  4) The queso for their chips and queso has lost it's uniqueness. The BWW queso used to be different than the watery crap you get in a lot of restaruants and we thought it was really enjoyable. They just redid it and it has become total generic crap. It's super watery, has a spicy but boring flavor and the meat that used to be included on the queso is now an extra $1 charge (on $4 happy hour queso that's just offensive). It went from being something we actually looked up how to make to something we wouldn't bother ordering again.
  
  Bottom line is that we used to love going to BWW and enjoying a low key relaxed inexpensive date night during their happy hours and after our last visit we have decided that we will not be returning to BWW any time in the near future. Their recent changes feel like something that a faltering restaurant does to just grab more cash. Instead of making themselves better to draw people back, they're cutting corners, quality, and quantities  and what used to a be a decently priced chain restaurant is now a place that has over-priced crappy food that was mishandled and prepared poorly or incorrectly.

  Horrible! Food took long to come out and when we did get our food it was cold and not fresh. My "crispy"chicken sandwich the crisp fell off at first bite and the chicken was chewy! The boneless we got I had a hard time cutting with the knife! Horrible and a very bad experience over all! Do not recommend at all! Thumbs down

  Horrible service. We ordered a burger and wings. 20 min into waiting they come tell us they don't have patties.

  I had never been to a BWW before so I came here with an open mind and excited to try a new place.  The server we got was obviously new and wasn't aware of the Happy Hour specials when asked.  We ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and they were good. We should have stopped there. Again, our server was inexperienced, so we had to badger him for basics like utensils, etc.
  
  I had high expectations for the boneless wings I ordered since that is what they specialize in. I chose the garlic parmesan flavor and even though they were on the mild end of the spectrum, they were the absolute limit of my spicy threshold. Beyond that, they were mediocre and I've honestly had better from Pizza Hut. The hubby and I almost always switch plates midway through our meals.  He ordered the pulled pork sandwich.  He had already eaten his half when we switched. I took one bite and instantly knew something was wrong. It was obvious to me that either the cheese or mayo was spoiled. I refused to eat another bite in fear of getting sick. Turns out I was right, poor hubby ended up sick that evening. The manager apologized and took the plate away and offered us something else off the menu. At that point, the meal was already ruined for me, so I declined. She did offer a dessert, so I accepted her offer and chose the loaded ice cream. It was also underwhelming. Basically a scoop of mediocre vanilla ice cream with some basic chocolate syrup and a couple of cinnamon sugared chips. I thought the manager was offering the dessert on the house as an apology, but we were charged. Whateves, we won't be back. Ended up being one of the worst meals we have had in a long time.
